Haitian Low Enterprizes began in the latter portion of 2005 as a guerilla marketing company. Conflicts arose because potential clients believed that our services would be provided only to Haitian owned companies. Because that was not our intention, we decided to rename our marketing company and to retain Haitian Low Enterprizes as an informational company. We would like to be instrumental in making a difference for Haiti and promoting Haitian Culture.
